Account Deletion
We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to permanently delete your Receevio account and all associated data, you have two simple options.
From the Mobile App
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the Receevio mobile app. Simply open the app, tap to open the Navigation Drawer (side menu), and tap the Delete Account button. Follow the prompt to instantly wipe your data.
Via Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion by emailing us directly from your registered address.
Data Deletion & Retention
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove all your personal information, profile data, synced clients, and saved items from our active databases. This action cannot be undone.
Important Note: We may retain certain basic transaction logs (such as payment records or generated invoices) for a limited retention period (e.g., 1 to 5 years) strictly where required by local law for accounting, security, and tax compliance purposes.
